These Terms govern purchases from Cali Palms and use of calipalms.co. Cali Palms™ is a brand of SGV SJ Auto Performance LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies posted on the website.

Products and orders

Product availability, packaging, artwork presentation, and fragrance offerings may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, cancel an order, or refuse service when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or misuse of the website. If we cancel a paid order, the affected payment will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are displayed during checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment.

Product use

Use air fresheners only as directed. Hang freely and do not allow the product to contact dashboards, trim, upholstery, plastics, painted surfaces, skin, or eyes. Keep away from children and pets. Stop use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

Cali Palms names, logos, artwork, packaging, product designs, photographs, and other brand materials may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or used commercially without written authorization.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGV SJ Auto Performance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from misuse of a product or unauthorized use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
