Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates and available carriers are shown at checkout and begin after the order has been processed.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment, and additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent because of an incorrect customer-provided address.

If tracking shows a package as lost, damaged, or delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and email calipalms.co@gmail.com with your order number so we can help review the shipment.
