Can I return an opened air freshener?

No. Air fresheners are single-use fragrance products. Opened or used items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for change of mind, scent preference, normal variation, or selection error.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact calipalms.co@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, Cali Palms may provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Can unopened items be returned?

Eligible unopened, sealed, unused items may be requested for return within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Review the full Refund Policy before sending any item back. A return is not accepted until authorized.
