Returns & Refunds

We want every Cali Palms order to arrive correctly and in good condition.

Unopened items

You may request a return of an unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Approved returns must be received in resalable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Opened or used air fresheners

Automotive air fresheners are single-use fragrance products. Once the sealed package has been opened, the item is not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for change of mind, fragrance preference, normal fragrance variation, or customer selection error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing calipalms.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. After verification, Cali Palms may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Do not mail an item back without written return authorization. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or marketplace buyer-protection rules.
